Packages

Trailer Rental Fee: $500

Gratuity: 20% of total package

Liquor License: $300 (if applicable)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event

60+ days prior: Full refund (minus $300 admin fee)

30-59 days prior: 50% refund (minus $500 permit/license processing fees)

Under 30 days: No refund (credit toward future event, subject to availability)

If your event requires trailer placement on grass or soft ground, please be aware of the following:

- In the event of heavy rain or saturated ground leading up to your event, we will require a Plan B setup location (e.g. paved driveway, garage area, or tented surface)

- If the weather conditions prevent safe trailer setup and no alternate location is available, the event may need to be rescheduled (defer to weather related cancellation terms)

No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations.

Credit (less $500) will be provided toward a future event, subject to availability and rescheduling within 12 months of the original date

Client is responsible for notifying Sip Society of reschedule intent within 7 days of the original event date
